General information for the website: A wedding videography website
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Num. of web pages/modules: 2
Description of every page/module: Firstly, even though I am writing up what needs to be done below, I would like to have a Skype call to discuss specifics.
But basically what needs to be done is below...
On the homepage I have a form that does not connect to the PHP file and send it successfully. I need this form fixed.
I also have another form with one input field which the user has to enter their email address. I need the validation and a PHP file setup for this that does not conflict with the other forms.
Finally, I have a longer form on a contact page which also needs setting up with a JS validation file and PHP file again.
I have already done the JS for one form, so the styling and everything is there. It just needs to be linked to the PHP and then the other 2 forms have to be implemented.
