Description of requirements/functionality:
Hello,

I want to configure the container docker CartoDB. All seem to work properly but the last step "proxy configuration".

Currently, the proxy is set to cartodb.localhost, while I would like to access it directly via the ports without a proxy. (eg: http://mywebsite.com:3000). I find it more convenient to move from one locale to a production server with a domain name.

In summary, you must:
  - Fork Working CartoDB from Docker Hub (eg : https://hub.docker.com/r/sverhoeven/cartodb/)
  - Change the proxy configuration and / or ports. (cartodb.localhost => localhost: 3000, OR cartodb.localhost => cartodb.mywebsite.com etc ... Our server does not use NGINX - BUT APACHE2)
  - Patching the installation to maintain the automation of the build & run
  - Test the CartoDB container properly with this configation in production (eg: localhost: 3000 == mywebsite: 3000) with ports of exposure in the docker (eg: -p 3000: 3000)

I know that this mission is not very complicated, so I hope I will find a reliable partner to work with him again in the future.
