I need a D3.js coder to improve a swimlane chart

I need a D3JS programmer who can create a brush and drag function for my timeline which was already developed. The project is developed in D3JS with JSON. A live example of my project is available here: https://oriada.o-em.org

I have based the project code on this project: http://bl.ocks.org/rengel-de/5603464 but am unable to create the zoom. So instead I have generated a "zoomed-in" version that allows the user to scroll left and right. Instead of this, I want them to be able to load the full timeline (1950-1971) and then underneath the timeline to have a second "band" which has a "brush and drag" just like the one that it is based on: http://bl.ocks.org/rengel-de/5603464.
