I need a cryptographic applications developer to develop a an application using cryptography bounty java package with eclipse. The application could be web or mobile platform but responsive with the following details:
1. Create an admin . The admin will send a plain text messages to a group of people
2. Each of them will recieve the message and read the message.
3. Every one them will not be able deny of not reading the message and
4. The admin will be able to determine who have read the message.
Final write a report of all the process in not less than 2000 words.
