I need a Chrome Extension written

General information for the website: We sell encrypted email solutions to businesses
Description of every page/module: I would like a Chrome extension that is triggered by a right click on a text field. This would then pop up a form allowing the user to enter a series of email recipients which would then be used, along with some very simple syntax to populate that text field (e.g. #to recipient 1, #to recipient 2).

Further requirements:
1. This list should be linked (autocomplete) with the user's gmail contacts list so that it is easy for the user to enter email addresses.
2. If the user right clicks on a field which matches the syntax above, then the form that pops up should already be populated with the recipients as identified according to the syntax.

The point of this is that we want corporate gmail users to be able to send an email to a different email address rather than directly to the end recipients. And the way they identify the end recipients to our email processor is by including their details in the subject field of the email using the syntax above. This extension would make it easier for them to complete this task.
Description of requirements/features: The form that pops up can be very simple. It is simply a list of recipients.
