I need a c# program that makes a http request out of parameters.
I am giving paramters like
httprequester.exe Parameter1 Paramter2 Parameter3
and a ini file which contains the template for the request.
Like:
http://myserver.com/blah/query=?
I need this finished by 26.07.2020, we need the source code, nothing compiled.
The program is not suppose to open on the GUI in Windows 10.
