I need a asp.net with boostrap developper to custom an existing website running.

task to do that i want :


3:i want to add a panel that i can modiy or edit ( all thing in front office ( as image - menu - text .. ) )
4:repair database if found and speed up the website and 403 error
5:same modiy in table inside the existing admin panel as ( add the ability to delete item or other thing )


i need same one understand french too because all the existing web is done with french

please only expert i need in asp.net and boostrap that can understand the existing website
