Human-like traffic bot

General information for the business: bot testing
Description of requirements/functionality: I need a traffic bot generating human-like visits randomly on several websites or urls. I also need a configurable interface to control the traffic. The bot should be able to:
1) choose in a random proxies list to connect
2) start browser with random user-agent, random platform, timezone,...
3) choose random referer and random startpage in a list (best is from a database)
4) open page and wait a random predifined time (for example : from 10sec. to 120sec.)
5)click on an innerpage link and wait a random predifined time (for example : from 30sec. to 180sec.)
6) mouse moves emulation
7) close browser
8) clear cookies
9) restart the queue

web interface:
1. Admin panel
2. create/delete/edit/view options for websites or urls
3. import/delete/edit/view options for backlinks
4. import/delete/edit/view options for Proxies
5. set random time for visits
6. set random number of visits/website or url

I thought to use Selenium to create such bot but I'm open to any other solutions. If u have questions please feel free to ask.
