HTML/CSS to dynamic wordpress theme

Hi Guys

I have a detailed html/css theme that I have developed but I need someone to converted into a wordpress dynamic theme. I need plugin integration to give the end user freedom over edit & updates.

It is a small ecommerce website selling courses via paypal.

I have a few questions that if you can do then please process to propose.

1. Can you intergrate a contact plugin into the contact.html page to send details to the relevant email?
2. Can you intergrate a products plugin to allow easy updates/changes etc to the products listed on the website?
3. Can you integrate the blog plugin to the existing blog template?

My main worries are giving the control to the client to update product info and edit links on the go.
