Html / bootstrap / responsive application needed to be developed

Hi

I need a web page built that uses Javascript and a JSON file to build the web page contents, it needs to run/scale on mobile and desktop and use Bootstrap.

The web page will download some JSON, the JSON would be read and the web page to be dynamically built by javascript

attached is the JSON definition and example application

1)
all page content will be taken from the JSON (title, author)
2)
click on the author icon and it will launch email with email address populated
3)
click on the image and it will launch a browser for the URL detailed in the JSON
4)
images can scrolled up and down
5)
The image text allows embedded HTML (like bold)
6)
I am not concerned about the style of the application so feel free to use any off the shelf look and feel schemes

Before being paid I would need to see the application working
