On our website we have an animation at http://www.arcenciel.com/mailing_list/addresslist.html to illustrate one of our products.
This is now somewhat out of date and the original designer is not available. We therefore need someone to reproduce this with a couple of frames changed and a couple inserted. The total length of the animation is currently 20 secs and will probably increase by 2-3 secs.

Hi, May I know what technologies are/can be used to build the animations? Can we use front-end frameworks/jQuery or is it pure HTML?
