I have an issue where I need to redirect a php file to the same php file with a query string appended using .htaccess

For example

Index.php
Would become
Index.php?test=yes

But
Index.php?test=yes
Or index.php?anything=whatever
Does not redirect

I'd say a quick job if you understand htaccess
