Hi - Looking for some cookie accept or decline code

Hi,

We have a number of websites but have realised none have the obligatory cookie bar saying.

This site uses cookies to store information on your computer. Then a box saying I'm Fine with this in green perhaps then they click it and it disappears but site still carries on if they don't.

Is there a way of doing the code that it could then be replicated on other websites of ours?

For example we have just rebranded this website www.bestairportparkingdeals.co.uk but before we look to market it want to make sure we are compliant. I presume you have probably done similar coding for other clients already.
