Help with GitHub Actions (to CI and CD Unity projects)

I need help setting up GitHub Actions on a repo that contains a Unity project.

We'd like to build to Lumin (Magic Leap) and UWP (HoloLens 2) platforms. The Lumin build my be more challenging. I believe GitHub Actions has support any version of Unity too and I understand this is straightforward to get general Unity builds working. I have UWP builds partly working.

More ideas for pipelines:
- Perform CI Unit tests ()
- Lint our C# code against our editorconfig file
- Deploy the packages via a third party APIs (Magic Leap Dashboard - not sure if there is an API for this)
- Deploy the packages via MDM or Windows Store
- Decent reporting when a pipeline fails,

We'd also like some things like making sure the build number is added to the distributable.

If you can provide a fixed quote for some or all our requirements that would be perfect. I am also open to suggestions to improve our workflow.
