Help with Cakephp 3 project

i have a middleware program that collects data via CSV and imports it in to a database and also sends out csvs to drop shippers we have some elements that need to adjusted such as adding in the customers telephone numbers and also removing things like commas from the address so when it sends the CSV file there is no error there also will be ongoing work making other changes as they come up
