Help me do simple valadation and simple layout updates on vb.net using c#

General information for the business: Its a very basic system.
Kind of development: Customization of existing program
Description of requirements/functionality: Basically I have made a VERY simple delivery application and I need help getting validations, error handling and user layout all to be done to a professional standard.

What I need is someone to access my computer remotely and why I am on it as well edit my system so validation, error handling and user layout all is fulfilled to a professional standard. We would need to Skype at the same time so I can explain what I need doing each time for the requirements.

There are not many features at all and will take in-between 1 hour - 1 hour and a half to go through it all with me, while incorporating validation, error handling and user layout all to the relevant things.
