Help debugging a jQuery form which has a problem working in IE (not FF/Chrome).

Experience Level: Entry
I have a very simple web based form using jQuery.

The two components that I am using is jQuery Form Wizard (http://thecodemine.org/) and jQuery UI Multiselect (http://quasipartikel.at/multiselect/).

The form works fine in FF and Chrome, but doesn't work in IE (typical!).

I would just like someone to take a peek and tell me where the problem is.
