Healthcare Management System software in C language

I need a Healthcare Management System software in C language using File Handling (Compulsory to use File Handling ) . Basically not particularly a Software . But more like a Coded program . Like the one which could be run in any compiler like C++ . It must show the details of any 20 patients ( Take any name for example ) and can enter new records such as name,age, Hospital, Disease, Discharge time etc of patients in a state . It must be made using file handling in C . I need the code with the programmed file . This project can be given a lot of time to be made .
