I need a designer to build a GUI for displaying simple vector graphics like those found in OpenStreetMap.
Required skills include WPF, C#, XML, Visual Studio
The GUI will display a group of shapes representing a network. The shapes are loaded from an XML file. The user will want to view the graphic and view data associated with individual shapes in the graphic. The user can zoom in/out and rotate the network.
As a future expansion, a map underlay is envisaged.
Detailed requirements and a sketch are attached.
