We need 2 features:
-The boxes to go green or red depending on if the user rights "pass" or "fail" OR if there is a numeric value then it would need to look in the rows above that column to check if the numeric figure is within the stated tolerances
-I need a timestamp value filled in a box automatically when a user types in a job number.
