Google sheets help

I have a simple issue that I just need help the final step. I have a google sheet. I want the sheet to display the stock levels of a given product from a website.
So far I can get the text displayed, but I am looking to get just the number.
So for example at the moment, I have
Website: https://www.langdengames.co.uk/shop/age-of-sigmar/beasts-of-chaos/battletome-beasts-of-chaos-3rd-edition/
Code: //*[@id="product-85687"]/div[2]/p[2]
Which displays: 2 in stock

I need this for multiple websites that display in different ways, so I need a one size fits all.
