Google Sheets Development Scripting and Security

Secure a Google Sheets file that is updated via Google Forms, such that all the unlocked information on A (dataset X) can be previewed in real-time on a separate secure Google Sheets file B, whereas locked information on A (dataset Y) is related to any ongoing Google Forms, such as ongoing surveys.
Apply pivot and visual category filters on file B, such that certain field are highlighted, filtered and sorted.
Allow information (filtered) on either file A and B to be emailed directly in-line by using HTML email body (not as attachment!) via default local SMTP client: This might require a custom script, or not. Please propose.
