Description
Experience Level: Entry
General information for the business: We are a school
Description of requirements/functionality: Hello,
I need someone who is capable of writing a Google Script to create and share folders, here is what I would like
I fill out this spreadsheet - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/12DGDgpJfIyzf3LJi14vb2ZN-tUhvDs8IbpPhetdX18c/edit?usp=sharing
I click something like “create folders”
Then it does the following within a folder called "Continuous Education" it checks of there is a folders called the “campus name” field, if not it creates it, then inside there it checks the “intake name” field, if not it creates it, then inside there it checks for “intake name - ePortfolios” and if not creates it, then finally for it creates “Student ID - ePortfolio” and shares ONLY this folder with the “students email address” READ ONLY, then it creates a folder for each subject listed inside that folder and returns the shared folder URL into the spreadsheet.
I think this is not too complicated…if you know what you are doing.
Regards
Lewis
