Google Apps Scripting for Google Sheet to be Deploy as an Application

I have a Google Sheet I intend to publish for my customers to use. I need some scripting to extend functionality.


Navigation Menu - Customer Menu
I need custom menu items that when selected the script will hide some sheets (tabs) and show other tabs. Showing only the sheets for each Modules
Some menu items will open urls in a new window

I have detailed the menu items and the related functions in the spreadsheet itself on Dev_Menu TAB

Data Entry FORM for entering data for each input cell on the “Yearly” TAB only.
The problem I wish to solve is when a user is inputting data for their Yearly Budget they may be working from records showing an amount for a daily, weekly, biweekly, bimonthly. Monthly, Quarterly or Half Yearly or Yearly.amount

However, the value always needs to be a Yearly amount. To Assist the user I am thinking when the user’s clicks on an input cell, a popup form will open.

The User will then enter a value taken from their records and then they will select from a drop-down field a “converstion factor” The script will then in the background to the calculation and enter the modified value for the year.

File Uploader
I have a file upload application hosted with Zoho Forms or Zoho Creator. .The spreadsheet user will select from a list of required / possible files to upload. As shown on the Personal Disclosure tab or the Business Disclosure tab of the spreadsheet.

When the user is ready to upload a file they will select file name by moving their cursor to the cell of file name they wish to upload then tap or click the upload button at the top of the spreadsheet page

This button will activate a Google apps script which will collect some data elements as detailed in the table below. Then the script will execute a url query string see example below.

The query string will open a file uploader FORM (new window) the query string will pre-populate many of the fields in the form
