General information for the business: Java and/or Flex (Web) Interface (for ArcGIS Server and SQL Server Oil & Gas (OG) Data Management)
Kind of development: Customization of existing program

Description of requirements/functionality: Desire a Web interface using ArcGIS API for Flex/Java. Basis of app would be enhancing or re-designing the Esri viewers to include modules (or tabs) for Mapping, Client/Staff Data Query/Entry, Reporting, and Agency (NDIC/OneCall/NPMS)submitals. Additional widgets within the mapping tab would be 1) GPS Tracking tool (shows field OG users' true (not tower or isp) location and pan as they move, and 2)KML Import/Export tool.
OS requirements: Windows, Other
Extra notes: Have many Flex viewers in place. If Java viewer is determined to be best route, we'd need its functions and aesthetics to mimic Flex viewer. iOS and or Android app may be needed as well.
