GIS tile stitching

My organization is trying to identify flooding in puerto rico right after the storm. I have found data from the company Digital Globe that was taken 2 days after the storm. It's a lot of tiles, and needs to be loaded together into one coherent picture that I would like some staff to manually scan/ look through to identify flooding.

Can someone help with the downloading, and loading the files together into a way that can be presented to non technical users?
