General information for the website: Contact form intergration
Description of requirements/features: I have a form developed using Foundation 5. I require someone to get the form actually working as currently it is just the front end of the form that has been completed.
No form styling is needed on your behalf as the styling is already there.
There are 3 text fields, 2 drop downs and 1 message area elements to the form.
There is NO requirement for the person submitting the form to receive an instant email acknowledging.
The form is duplicated on 2 pages (exactly the same) so your script should allow both forms to function properly and send the contents of the form to a specific email address.
I will provide you with a php page with the form on.
It should use ajax.
This needs to be completed by saturday
