Genius programmer needed

I have modules built by a previous developer on yii framework as well as many others. The site is suppose to be like a social commerce site for marketers and affiliates. Apparently everything is fine except the affiliate user platform, google hangouts, the landing page builder, the retargetter and connecting everything in order to make my idea flow. I will pay $400 for this and use whomever I choose for future development. I'll be needing to update and add often and will pay for those things when the time comes. I'm looking for someone I can trust and have a lifetime relationship for this site. I also need this done within the next week with some evidence of work within a day of starting. I have not had the pleasure of working with a trusting professional developer and I'm looking for someone to take this as seriously as I do. Also please stay away from sending me negative comments about the price. If you can't do it, then there is no need to reply. When you reply I will send the spec doc that explains in detail what the final project would look like. I'll also send a list of frameworks used. Thank you for your consideration.
