Description
I need fully functional dynamic website where you can change everything for the main header services and integrate the web shop to it. In prestashop i just need modifying header and footer, module additions and payments modules.

Prestashop is in CorePHP so if you can integrate so that I can use a core CMS for the main header template a ADMIN Panel for managing that content in prestashop that will be great so long as it meets my requirement only.

In the CMS I should be able to handle services, order and other requirements as per given documents. (Prestashop providers most of the function but not all, please see the doc first)

Bider requirement:
Developer or company working must be full time and responsible for all our work until its complete.
Bider must be online during our working hours for better communication, response and inquiry.
Developer must develop according to web standard structure, and be able to validate the site codes. The work must be free from errors, have user friendly seo urls, links, tittles, meta tags etc. And developer must leave at list 3 months bug free site and support.
No rough work to provide instant solution, but proper organised structure and SEO ready site.
