Full stack Developer - Ideally front end based

Looking for a full stack developer who is based in the UK - Ideally who is based in Wales, but other parts of the UK is acceptable. Please, no overseas companies. Looking for a freelancer who is open to on-going work but with no set hours.

Due to expansion, I have taken on a few projects and I need some help with them. Ideally looking for someone who has skills within the mobile/web and javascript frameworks. The description is very brief but will explain more once I've shortlisted a few freelancers.
