Football Odds Comparison site

I need someone to write a football odds comparison site similar to oddschecker.
Odds can be obtained from http://www.xmlsoccer.com/ using their Datafeeds.
Users need to be able to select any number of football matches to either win/loose/draw and compare odds on various bookmakers (the xmlsoccer.com feeds provide odds)
For example user may select
Man Utd to Beat arsenal
Chelsea to Beat villa
and tottenham to draw with west ham
The script needs to find the best odds for this multiple from all the bookmakers available.
Please include price for basic design which can include ajax to update the odds in real time.
The main aim of the site is to allow people to select matches and share odds on twitter/facebook which they can do so via a short URL which will then list their selected matches along side their best odds, if the matches have finished it should show the results along side how much they would have won.

I'm looking to develop this site over time with the right freelancer so future work will be available.
