Flutter CI/CD setup on github

I know it is pretty simple when you read the manual, but I need someone who has done it successfully (no, I do not want any of the "I can do it even if I have never done it")

I want
1. automatic testing when someone check in the flutter code and a report like everyone is describing can be delivered.
2. Formatting checks
4. code checks
5. automatic screen dumps
4. automatic compilation to APK.

I have several links and examples on code that can be used for this.

This is a very short job so it is nothing that will take more than a few hours.
The question is how the server can do it and what type of server that is needed.
