Fixing background tracking in an ionic 3 app

we have an ionic 3 app , and we are facing a problem in implementing background tracking feature. if you are familiar with the subject and have implemented it before we can use your help otherwise please don't waste our time and yours. The problem is that it is not working on the background even thought I can hear the debugging sound, I need someone experienced for long term working relation ship, either for fixing bugs or full projects.
