Hi
I installed a staging environment extension called stageit to my Joomla website. However, I am met with an error, when attempting to access the staging environment https://www.wedotraining.com/stageit/administrator/
The developer tried a few htaccess changes on his component's root, but then explained:
'It's not the htaccess, the one in the root is actually disabled. I guess there's another httpd.conf file or something managing the entire system, since SEO url rewriting won't work without a config to manage it somewhere, usually this is done in the htaccess.'
So, I need someone to let me know what file is responsible for the above and to fix the issue please? I would also need to know the exact changes that have been made please.
I have a demo version for you to work on, then I will carry out the changes to the live site.
Please quote how many hours you think this will take.
Thanks in advance
