Fix phpmyadmin + mysql / mysql server and fix postfix on centos webmin server (VPS)

I have a VPS with webmin and centos5.

I can give you login details

i need the mysql latest version to be installed it has to be done via Tv if possible so i can see how it is installed so i can make updates myself later

need this urgently.

How the problem occured (if it helps):
I updated phpmyadmin. Then i updated php to new version 5.5 everything working fine.
But phpmyadmin said "Your PHP MySQL library version 5.0.67 differs from your MySQL server version 5.5.28. This may cause unpredictable behavior. "

so i read online that i needed to update the mysql. I remoed mysql-server and mysql-client using YUM.

i then installed mysql, mysql-server and php55w-mysql but now mysql/msqld do not start. postfix stopped working due to some dependency issue.

I did also try to follow this tutorial to install mysql but it didnt work i did all the steps, upto where it says "Start MySQL server without grants table.":

UPDATE:
I have managed to get mysql to work and also postfix. PHPMYADMIN does still not work the error from error_log shows
