Fix PHP includes on Feedforall Template

Description of requirements/features: I am upgrading my website to a new template which uses PHP includes for the header, footer and menu area.
Some of the pages use the Feedforall script to pull the content from RSS feeds, which works, but doesn't show my own includes areas for some reason.

I am looking for someone to instruct me on how to get this working on a single page so I can apply the same fix for the other feed pages.

The page is here, which shows the feed working (in the grey bit) but is missing my included header, footer and left side menu.
Clicking home will show you what they are supposed to look like.

This should be a five minute job for someone who knows php and has some experience of feedforall.
