Fix oscommerce and add a new feature

I have an e-commerce site not launched as yet. One system is running on oscommerce and 2nd running on Woocommerce.

I prefer oscommerce but got few issues which I want to sort it out.
1) The URL's are not displaying as SEO friendly. This need fixing.
2) As this is a site selling flooring, meaning we sell by m2 and by Packs. When we upload a product we give price by m2 , and we should also be able to input how many m2 in a pack. Then the user should be able to input length and width and hit calculate. e.g. if using inputs Lenght 2 meters and width 2 meters that make it 4m2, the system should then give user how many packs are required and based on that price should be displayed. Let's say 2 packs are required then it should be per meter multiplied by 4 meters.
3) In google shopping CSV we should be able to give per meter price inc VAT.
