2 separate panels (one for search functions and one for editing the data)
Description of requirements/functionality: the design is complete. All I need is for someone to join up the dots.
I have done some of the code myself (I am a noob) so feel free to laugh and start over
CMS and Admin requirements: Possibly a login screen but this is subject to a tight budget so I can get this done another time.
Extra notes: This a database program that I am creating. I'm using a microsoft azure SQL and I have it all configured already
