Fix cPanel - WHM config

I'm having problems uploading csv files. Althought I set up a 128 MB upload limit, I can't upload a file of 43 mb or.
Decreasing the quantity of records of the file, in order to get a smaller one, I can upload it, but system gets stuck. I tried this process in two different platforms programmed in php with simmilar results (MailWizz, Mumara and nuevoMailer.
Server details:
