Fix bugs instagram API

This site is part built but the key functions aren't working.

1. http://wallet.comoj.com/index.php.htm the user clicks the instagram icon and logs in. We then need to GET the users instagram images and put them in the yellow table on the right on design.php.

2. The user should then be able to 'onclick' select the image and it should appear in one of the grey squares in the 'collage'.

3. The instagram 'collage' should be saved as a jpg to be emailed when a user clicks BUY.

4. When the user has selected 'delivery option' and completed 'order summary' they should click the buy button and an email of the order should be sent to our email. The user should then be redirected to paypal.
