Firmware engineer to create custom firmware using OpenWrt

We would like custom firmware creating for an off the shelf router made by GL.iNet so it works better with our own software. I have attached a document explaining how we intend on using the router and exactly what we would like to change.

The router doesn’t need to connect to the internet as it is just being used to create a LAN and it needs to able to connect to up to 80 clients via Wi-Fi along with one computer by Ethernet cable

We are going to install (Flash) the custom firmware on to the routers and then sell them with our software.
