Finishing touches and bug fixes to my website

My friend and I have a website that is almost complete, but needs some finishing touches. It would involve PHP, CSS coding, and some level of creativity. Our main goal is to fix the flaws in the website and clean up areas that are not looking or working smoothly. We would like to offer this job to those living in the US/CA/UK and use English as their primary language, as we've had too many language barriers with previously contracted web designers.

$20/hr is an estimate, this could go up or down based on the experience/ability to get things done quickly. We are hoping to find someone who we'll be able to come back to time and time again for future additions.
