Finish off the build of a PHP/HTML/CSS website

We have an unlaunched PHP/HTML/CSS site that needs to be completed. It is built in YII framework. I will make the site available via FTP for potential people.

I need a very skilled web developer to take this project and run with it. Currently the home page has been built but all the other pages need building and content loading.

It is a psychic telephone/SMS/text site. A company called Interoak intergrate the backend and do all the payment gateway and payments to the psychics so there will be an integration needed as well to the payment gateway.

This will turn into an ongoing support/maintenance contract to suport the site, so it must be somebody who is available in UK hours.

You must be available to work full time (or nearly full time) on this as it is a critical project.

PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU USE THE YII FRAMEWORK and have high levels of experience in it.
