Finish a software

A software to boost students' visual skills. The software records students and teachers (personal data like name, surname, gender, disability, DOB, etc). To be a mixed type of software with ready content but also the option to add more exercises.
The software has already been developed and includes 12 activities that need to be completed. It is simple and straight forward idea with nice interface as the software is developed for children with Special Education for early ages (7 to 13 years old).
We prefer local programmers with knowledge of Romanian or Russian language.
