Final Cut Pro Tutor required!

I'm a beginner to Final Cut Pro and have been having some teething problems with it. In my spare time I film weddings using old-fashioned super8 cameras and edit them myself. After over a year of using Pinnacle I swapped to FCP (and Macs) as they are obviously the choice of professionals. I also want to offer my clients something more by giving them the best possible quality I can, but codecs etc are confusing the life out of me. What I really need is for someone to sit down with me for a few hours and show me whats what and really take that next step up to getting a more professional finish.

I don't need to be taught Speilberg-type stuff as that won't be in keeping with the old-fashioned feel of my films, but I do need to be taught the basics. I have some grasp on what's happening, but some guidance would be great.

Fast learner- In the past have worked with Adobe Premier and Pinnacle.

Flexible- Not just restricted to evenings and weekends so I won't eat into your free time!
