Extract information from a flash player into a excel spreadsheet

Hi,
I am needing a programme that will take information from a cell (that\'s in a flash player on a website)that is constantly changing, I need that information exported into a excel spread sheet, I need the time and date that the information changed placed into a adjacent cells EG: original figure is placed into cell a4 and the date placed into cell b4 then the time (in hr:min:sec format) placed into cell c4, then when the data changes I need the new information placed into cells a5,b5,c5., than again when the information changes I need the new information placed into cells a6,b6,c6 and so on (see attached sheet), the cell changes approximately 4000-10,000 times a day and I need the information logged from 07:50 gmt every Monday to 17:10 gmt every Friday.
