Extra Images customization on oscommerce store

I need a customization of an addon to add "Extra Images" contribution on oscommerce (its total changed oscommerce is responsive). The needed Tables and fields are already done in the DB see bellow example extra images are already assigned in the database on products_id=1177 see bellow attached images
Front is already done see attached image: Extra-images-front-products_id=1177.jpg
Admin is 25% done see attached image: Extra-images-admin-1.jpg
