EXTJS and World time

Hi,
I'd like 4 world time clocks on the ext js demo http://dev.sencha.com/deploy/ext-4.0.0/examples/desktop/desktop.html

I need the clocks in the top right corner of the desktop ( in a movable window), each with a drop down list of 30 capital cities around the world so the user can pick the ones they want for each clock ( see link below) Clock 1 will be 'Local' time by default but the javascript will handle summer time/winter time at all locations.



It must be written in the Ext-JS (latest release).

Users can only be asked to select the cities for each clock - nothing more.

It should look VERY like http://www.jqueryscript.net/images/jQuery-Based-Analog-And-Digital-World-Clock-jClocksGMT-js.jpg and be 'slick'. The clocks cannot be exactly the same.

If getting the artwork is a problem I can have it made.

All code must be license free.
