Expression Engine programmer required

I require a programmer to develop a recruitment site with expression engine.
At present we have a clear set of features that are required, which are
1. ability to post personal details and work experience into clearly defined fields supplied by me
2. search facility for clients to source suitable staff from the candidate database created from the above
3. clients ability to post positions for candidate attraction


these are the initial features that I need coded, more refinement will follow once these functions are performing correctly.
