Export Workspace Emails into .PST format

We have 3-4 email accounts on Domain Priced Right using Workspace emails. We now would like to move these emails to Professional Outlook emails. We have already setup Microsoft Office Professional Email accounts but the challenge is to export the old emails from Workspace in .pst format.

We need someone who knows:
1) How to setup Workspace emails into Outlook 2010.
2) How to export .pst format file.
3) How to import .pst into Professional Outlook 365.
4) Finally test email sending / receiving to make sure everything is working.
